El Casco buying guide
  1. Once you have selected the product you are interested in, choose the desired quantity of items to buy and click on “Add to Cart” to add the product to your shopping cart. Then you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you are ready to checkout, click on “Checkout” and you will be guided through the purchase process.
  2. In Checkout Method you can log into your existing account or create a new account. Checkout as guest is also available. You will then proceed to Billing Information. Fill the required fields or check that your account information and shipping address are correct
  3. Check the number of items to buy, shipping information and final price before you proceed to payment.
  4. You will be redirected to Payment Gateway to finish your purchase.
  5. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with your order information.
  6. From then on, you will be able to check your order status in “My Account” area, except you have selected to “Checkout as Guest”.

Shipping costs are included in price.


El Casco accepts the following payment methods: VISA and MASTERCARD.

  • Once the order is processed you will receive a confirmation email. Estimated delivery time indicated below counts once the order has been dispatched from our storehouse. For addresses in Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands: 24/48 hours.
  • For addresses in Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla delivery time can be longer than 7 days. If Correos Express service is selected, delivery time will be reduced to 3 or 4 days.
  • For addresses in European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland: 4 days. Please note that under certain circumstances (e.g. August or Christmas time) delivery may be delayed. Please consider to anticipate your purchases.
  • For addresses in Canada and USA: 1 week.
  • For addresses in Ukraine: 1 week.
  • For addresses in Australia: 1 week.
  • Spare parts will be shipped by standard post. Delivery time may be up to 10 days.
  • The delivery times will be from the departure of the orders from our warehouses.
  • Orders placed from August 1 will be served on September 1.
  • You can return products purchased on the website within seven (7) days following the day you receive the product. Please note that personalized products can not be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by customer.
  • Product must be returned in perfect condition within the original box, including all its accessories and documents. Customer is responsible to ensure that the product reaches El Casco safely and is not damaged or lost in transit.
